if tumblr really wants its regular user onboard with keeping the website afloat then we should at least demand that they do the bare minimum in keeping the site functional. and right now, they’re not even doing that. every change they’ve made lately has made the website/app worse. i should give my money to tumblr so what—they can make a more intrusive version of tumblr live? remove the chronical dashboard? come up with an even more transphobic way of doing content moderation? yeah, no thanks
why did tumblr make it so random posts my mutuals Liked show up on my dash . you guys absolutely do Not need to see the posts that i am liking but not reblogging
unfortunately this setting will only make it so you don’t see other’s liked posts so scream at everybody to turn it off

Don’t forget y’all that there’s a much better way for us to let Tumblr know what we think about specific changes, rather than @ ing staff or wip, and it’s sending in a support ticket and choosing feedback!
Tumblr reverted some of the asinine app decisions they made after a concerted feedback effort! So make sure to use this form! It’s what it’s for, but it’s not well advertised!
@staff this is truly a basis for me to never open tumblr desktop again so if that was you guy’s aim congrats, you nailed it!!!! Now if you wanted to keep “what makes Tumblr unique” you have never failed better
